How to return
Email us
Send your order number and the reason for the return inside the 30-day window. We reply with instructions.
Send it back
Once approved we email a free prepaid return label. Pack the piece in its original packaging.
Get refunded
When we receive and inspect the piece we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Conditions
Pieces must be unused and in their original condition
Original packaging and any included accessories must come back with the piece
Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect
Pieces marked non-returnable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty
Exchanges depend on availability — if the piece you want is gone we refund you instead
